After graduating from USC with a Master’s degree in Business Accounting, Brett joined the successful real estate team of Charles Pence, John Hathorn, and Loraine Silver. With over 60 combined years of real estate experience on the Westside of Los Angeles, the team is a powerhouse in the industry.
Consistently a top-producing associate, Brett attributes his success to the invaluable experience of watching, listening and working with his fellow partners. As a leader within the Pence Hathorn Silver team, Brett is a mentor to associates, while consistently providing excellent service to his A-level client list. His negotiating style and marketing approach leads to success in transactions, while his attentiveness to clients has led to continued success in the industry. Because of this, his clients are loyal. Brett believes a personal connection with clients is paramount to his, and their, success. As a result, much of his business is due to past client referrals.
Brett is married and has two sons and a daughter. He lives in Brentwood and recently oversaw the construction of their new family home.
