Trevor Edmond is a Southern California native and seasoned real estate executive specializing in luxury new construction across Los Angeles’ Westside. He currently serves as Sales Director at Jancula Group, where he focuses on strengthening agent performance, refining sales strategy, and driving consistent production growth across the team.

With more than a decade of experience, Trevor has built and led disciplined sales operations in highly competitive, design-driven markets. Most recently, he led New Construction Sales for Thomas James Homes in Los Angeles, directing market strategy and agent development as the company scaled to become the nation’s largest single-lot infill developer.
